Lifescan
Since 2001, Lifescan Scotland Limited has been an extremely active and generous supporter of CHILDREN 1ST.
The partnership started eight years ago, when the company known as Inverness Medical Limited, proactively sought a charity partner to improve their involvement in the community.
Lifescan started their support for CHILDREN 1ST by sponsoring events organised in the Inverness area. Quickly the support from Lifescan increased and as well as being major sponsors of CHILDREN 1ST events, the company supported our Killen service with a £5,000 donation and organised team building days to refurbish the rooms used by children and their families.
More recently, Lifescan has chosen to become a major sponsor for the Great River Ness Race in Inverness, helping the race to become one of the city's most colourful and prestigious events.
Lifescan's involvement in the community and their support to CHILDREN 1ST have helped them receive the Gold Investor in People Award.
