Take action on violence

Tuesday 19 October 2010

CHILDREN 1ST is asking for your support to make sure that more is done to prevent violence against children.

Everyday in Scotland, there are many children suffering from violence and abuse in their daily lives, living with fear and unhappiness. CHILDREN 1ST wants more to be done to prevent this violence, and we want to see this issue become a top public priority in Scotland. That is why we are asking individuals from across Scotland to sign up to support our campaign to Prevent Violence Against Children.

Preventing Violence Against Children pledge:

'Far too many children in Scotland experience violence in their homes and communities. I believe that violence against children and young people is unjustifiable, unacceptable, and preventable. I call on everyone in Scotland, including the Scottish Government, to do all that they can to prevent all forms of violence against children and young people.'

Please sign up to this pledge NOW by emailing your name to info@children1st.org.uk.

Help us by emailing this page to your friends and family to ask them to sign up too.
