Marine golf event raises £475

This year's Marine Golf Event raised £475 for CHILDREN 1ST. The event, which was organised by staff at Forth and Tayside Navigation Service (FTNS), took place on Thursday 9 September at Alloa Golf Club.
The team event was won by the Forth Pilots which included Donnie MacInnes, Iain Cumming and Andy Blance. The individual prize was won by Graham Angus.
A cheque was presented to Janette Kerr of CHILDREN 1ST Linlithgow Action Group by Peter Sinclair AHM and Marine Officer, Ashley Nicolson of FTNS.
Graham Angus, FTNS, said: “We have been fund raising through this event for six years now and have raised close to £1,800 for local charities. It has been a real pleasure for all of us at Forth and Tay Navigation Service to have had CHILDREN 1ST as our chosen charity for 2010.”
