Communications Officer
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a strong, passionate and innovative team using the power of communications to make sure that Scotland puts children first.
With the cost-of-living crisis and statutory services stretched to breaking point, children in Scotland need champions more urgently than ever. We’re looking for a highly experienced communications officer to build strong relationships with the media, generate public awareness of our campaigns and raise the profile of our impact, services and fundraising activities.
The team is based in Edinburgh with a requirement to travel to other Children 1st locations as required. Some hybrid working may be available.
As Scotland’s national children’s charity, as well as offering rewarding career and development opportunities, we also offer family friendly working and policies, 40 days annual leave per year and flexible working opportunities.
