Some of Scotland's most influential business leaders will be putting each team under the spotlight at the pitch as well as mentoring them throughout Dragons' Glen.

Craig Burnside
Craig is an independent IT consultant, most recently with Aviva leading a global team of 2,200 people. Formerly with Professional Services firm EY, Craig is an IT and change leader with over 28 years’ industry experience. He has held roles in internal IT, technology and client-facing consulting roles, mainly for private sector businesses. Craig is also one of the Children 1st board members.
Graeme Carmichael
Graeme works for Deloitte, the world’s largest professional services firm, and is responsible for helping the world’s leading organisations imagine, deliver, and run the future of their businesses in an era of unprecedented change. Graeme and his team help clients unlock benefits by implementing efficiency levers including simplification, robotics and AI. Graeme has worked in consultancy his whole career and now leads large scale implementations around the world.
Ruth Chandler
Ruth Chandler is Chief People Officer at Skyscanner, a global travel search site supporting over 90 million people monthly. Her role spans across 11 offices in 8 countries and over 1300 members of staff worldwide. Ruth has over 20 years’ experience in a range of specialist HR and people leadership roles in high profile organisations. She has been instrumental in ensuring that people are at the heart of Skyscanner’s ongoing success.
Austin Flynn
Austin is a senior partner in Morton Fraser's Corporate Division. He advises mainly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and owner-managed businesses on corporate and commercial law. He is also the firm's Data Protection Officer and is qualified in England & Wales and in Scotland, having practised for seven years in England before moving to Scotland in 1997 and becoming Scots qualified in 1999.
Susan McFadyen
Susan specialises in corporate and commercial law and is a partner at Blackadders LLP. She has extensive experience of advising business clients and deals with a variety of matters across a range of sectors, including company and business sales and purchases, joint ventures, investment rounds, commercial contracts and intellectual property. This experience has enabled her to develop an excellent understanding of the challenges and opportunities of running and developing a business.
