Briefing Paper - Limitation (Child Abuse) (Scotland) Bill 2017

Following the Scottish Government's vote to enact the Limitation (Child Abuse) (Scotland) Bill 2017, a briefing paper has been produced, which includes a frequently asked questions page for reference.

We would encourage all sports organisations to make sure they are familiar with the new legislation, ensuring that existing policies and practice are updated to take the Bill into account.
