Are you raising a child who can no longer live with their parents – or know someone else doing so?

Whether you are a grandparent, aunt or uncle, sibling, or friend, you are not alone. Children 1st can provide information, advice and support just for kinship carers like you.

What we do:

ParentLine Scotland

Children 1st's ParentLine helpline, email, text and web chat service is open five days a week, with call takers trained on kinship care issues to give you the advice and support you need. We're here to listen and to offer advice, support and information. We can suggest where to go for more help if needed. You can call about any question or concern, no matter how big or small.
