Safeguarder fees, expenses and allowances associated with appointments made on or after 1 April 2015 are dealt with under the current fee structure and using the associated guidance and paperwork below:
Please ensure, when completing expenses claims, that all relevant boxes are fully and correctly completed, including SCRA reference number and dates, or the form will be returned for resubmission.
Appointments made before 1 April 2015
Fees and expenses associated with appointments made prior to 1 April 2015 are dealt with under the pre-April 2015 fee structure, using the associated guidance and paperwork. Please contact the team at email@example.com to access the pre-April 2015 claim form and guidance if required.
