We are looking from someone with the experience and skills to get alongside families and their children at really difficult times to support them in the positive creation of safe plans. If you are an experienced Family Decision Making coordinator, or have a range of experiences of working collaboratively with families, as part of a team and alongside a range of professionals, with a sound understanding of child protection then we want to hear from you.
It would also be preferable if you are an experienced professional with a Social Work, Community work or other appropriate qualification.
