ParentLine Scotland (0808 800 2222) is our free confidential helpline for anyone caring for a child in Scotland.
We receive around 10,000 calls a year, and in order to reach out to more parents and answer more calls we are urgently looking for volunteers.
The helpline is open from 9am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and from 9am to 9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
