Scottish business teams pitch ideas for Children 1st Dragons Glen.
Foremost Scottish business leaders: Poonam Gupta, Founder and CEO of PG Paper Ltd, Marie Owen, Founder and CEO of LS Productions and Mike Welch – Founder and CEO of Tirescanner and Atterley heard a range of innovative and creative business ideas from some of this year’s Dragons Glen competitors on Monday 4th October. Among the contending idea for making as much profit as possible to support children and families are Capco’s dog-jumpers and EY’s multicultural calendars – both destined to be wonderful Christmas gift.
The Dragons will support teams in their bid to generate profit from £500 seed funding for the duration of this year’s 10th anniversary Dragon’s Glen enterprise challenge. Sixty-seven teams have raised an amazing total of over £500,000 to support Children 1st’s work to keep children safe and families strong.

Dragons Glen challenge offers a fantastic opportunity to network across business sectors and develop entrepreneurial skills. During the pandemic, Dragons Glen has played an important role in giving colleagues opportunities to connect with each other and focus on working together for an important cause.

There is still time for teams to compete in this year's challenge, with new rounds starting in January, March, August and October 2022.
