Dragons Glen Junior
Scotland’s entrepreneurial challenge. By young people. For young people.
The Challenge: Children 1st will give you £50 to develop a business idea, create a product or establish a fundraising initiative.
The Goal: In just 8 weeks you will grow your idea into £500, to help support children across Scotland.
Have you always wanted to create an exciting app, build a website, design your own sustainable clothing line or holding a fundraising event? If so, we are here to support you!
We want to invest in you – tell us all about your idea, and we will work alongside you to make your idea into a reality. The money you raise will go directly into supporting our essential work with children across Scotland. Our suggested age range for this challenge is 11-16 years old, but if you are outside that age range and have a great idea we'd still love to hear from you!
If you're interested just fill out the form below to request your Dragons Glen Junior pack.
How will Children 1st help?
We will be on hand to help with any questions or support you need. We will also have webinars and top tips from our 'Dragons' who will help you with things like budgeting, marketing, turning your idea into a reality and social media tips.
Each team will be offered a Children 1st Instagram Takeover Day. This will be an opportunity to create your own Social Media content and share your idea with a wider audience. We also hope to have an Awards Ceremony in Spring 2022 to award the winning teams their prizes.
If you have any questions at all please contact email@example.com
Why should I take part?
Children and young people across Scotland need your support. Throughout the coronavirus crisis, many families have been struggling with not having enough food, some having violence in the home and others feeling really disconnected as they had no internet access. By taking part in Dragons Glen Junior, you can help support children and families who are having a difficult time.
