Executive Leadership Team

Mary Glasgow is Chief Executive of Children 1st. She joined the charity in 2014 as Director of Children and Family Services and External Affairs, before becoming Chief Executive in 2017.

Linda is a social worker with over 30 years’ experience in the statutory, third and independent sectors. Linda has a history of leading children and family teams and services with a strong purpose and a compassionate value base at its heart.

Joining the charity in October 2023, Michelle’s role is responsible for overseeing the fundraising, marketing and communications teams.

Lesley-Anne is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in senior finance positions within the third sector. She studied law at university and then began her training with KPMG in 1997 before moving into the third sector, and has worked in charities and social housing providers before joining Children 1st.
